Key Skills / Abilities / Knowledge required:
• Should have a good grasp of the management concepts, frameworks and tools for the various functional areas of management and should be able to use this knowledge to relate to the customer requirements.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manners.
• Computer literate and experience in database navigation and should be well-conversant with MS Office applications (Word, EXCEL, Power Point)
Educational qualification and Experience:
• Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA graduate / or any Master’s degree from a reputed Institution.
• Candidates should have minimum of 8 - 16 years of relevant experience.
• Sales and Marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Age: Preferably be between 35 - 45 years.
Compensation:• As per Institute norms.
Reporting Relationships
• Associate Manager / Manager - Marketing, Custom Programmes will be reporting to Chief Programme Officer.
Audience/interface:
• Internal: Faculty, Staff
• External: Corporates, Industries
This position is on contract. Selected candidates should be prepared to take up the assignment immediately. Maximum age limit for being appointed under these Rules will ordinarily not exceed 60 years for Non-teaching staff, subject to discretion from the director.
