Job Description
Role Summary
The Operations Associate at Drip Capital will be working closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Credit Risk teams acting as a cross-function liaison responsible for
• Operations assistance in opening and closing of accounts and related loans
• Support day to day operations on prospective customers as well as existing accounts
• Handling back office related activities in an efficient manner
• Report changes of transactions to internal and external parties as required
• Participate in team projects involving the testing of new setups on financial software to meet business needs
• Liaise with other departments in relation to transactions being handled
• Assist the Account Management team in following up matters with clients as required
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts across products
• Handle filing of documentation and assist in periodic checks of documentation held
Qualifications / Requirements
• Willingness to learn a thorough knowledge of financial products and services
• Accurate and efficient data input capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in back-end operations
