Job Description

Work with the regional Channel Sales, Channel Ops team, WW Channel Strategy, Planning, and Programs team to design a best-in-class channel program that simplifies current procedures, reduces delays and friction, and responds quickly to partner needs. Manage channel partner onboarding, partner deal registration and other operational activities in line with SLA and KPI goals. Help drive governance model to ensure adherence to channel program rules across internal and external processes and customers Act as the primary point of contact in region for the Business Process Management Team, and work with this team to gather system requirements, localize/edit system generated content, and ensure the automated processes are launched properly. Act as the primary point of contact in region for the Partner Helpdesk (Level 1 support for partners), and work with that team to become familiar with the partner program and any new changes that may be rolled out. Be responsible to support all partner Level 2 inquiries. Act as escalation point for internal teams and partners across all program tracks. Manage all operational aspects of rolling out the Adobe Partner Connection program in region. Conduct internal trainings for local Channel Team and ensure they are aware and familiar with their responsibilities for rollout. Help conduct external trainings for channel partners who intend to join the program. Ensure legal contracts, click through agreement, and documentation is provided to partners in a timely manner, monitor deadlines, provide quick resolution to partner questions, and work with Legal team to address any issues. Act as key point of contact to load any manual contracts in ACM and communicate with Channel team and partners. Manage and monitor the onboarding and upleveling process for partners, both manual and automated. Ensure that data entered into profile or application is accurate, validate personnel requirements, validate revenue threshold requirements, and validate supporting documentation. Act as first level approval for all applications. Support partner compliance operations with any additional follow up needed from partner questionnaires or new Distributor onboarding. Manage Deal Registration Program administration including deal approvals, payment status, payment calculation & review, and sales management reporting. Work with Channel program, marketing teams to develop content and ensure current materials on the Partner Portal and Partner Sales Center. Manage future version controls and release cycle of any updates to the Regional Guides & other documentation. Work with Channel Analytics team, Sales Operations and FP&A to develop efficient reporting process for internal team and partners to ensure partners are aware of rebate payment status. Ensure all Channel Program project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Keep management and team members informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results. Act as a subject matter expert and an advocate in adopting new best practices and processes for the management and administration of sales systems and procedures.
