A graduate in engineering, science or commerce. MBA from premier colleges preferred.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a software product development organisation
Significant experience in a similar role
Good technical background and strong grasp of product management in the software industry
Experience of agile/Kanban product management principles
Passion for technology including Cloud, Social, Mobile and Analytics in B2B and B2C
A prior history of working well with internal and external stakeholders including executives, peers, customers, and partners
A unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Good knowledge of HR and Payroll practices is a plus
Experience in tools like Moqup, Visio, Jira, Activiti or kind of BPM tools
