3.Qualification:Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concemed /allied (relevant disciplines. The Ph.D. Degree shall be a mandatory qualification for all candi&teSto be appointed as Associate Professor through direct recruitment. A Master's Degree with at least 55 marks (or an equivalent grade in a ale wherever grading system is followed).A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching an or research an academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University, College or Accredited Research Institution/lndustry excluding the period of Ph.D research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as book and or research papers in referred journals only/ policy papers.Contribution to educations innovation, design ofnew curricula and courses and technology-mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), as per UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for appointment of teachers and other academic staff in Universities and Colleges and measures for the maintenance of standard in Higher Education, 2010 and mentioned in the recruitment notice uploaded on the University website.
