- Replying to Client e-mails within 30 minutes ensuring proper email etiquette
- Setting up the project in our system according to the specifications shared by the client
- Apply relevant quotas, targets and screening at our end.
- Test surveys before releasing sample.
- Achieve the numbers committed to the client within the scheduled timelines
- Tracking the live projects and taking necessary steps to maintain the health of the project
- Regular follow ups with clients for updates, closure or billing
- Ensure proper and complete billing of projects
- Exhibit consistent performance with quality in place
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, some with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Gmail, MS Outlook, Excel, Word; strong internet knowledge.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies will be a plus.
- Work Timings
- Night shifts - 9 PM to 6 AM, 10 30 PM to 7 30 AM, 5 day working.

This data is aggregated at whole survey level and analyzed to understand the market trends/needs by various Companies or MR firms.
