Job Description

Position: Associate - QSR
Industry: Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Location: Multiple Location in Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 0 – 1 years (Freshers can apply)
Offered CTC - 12k to 15k (Without accommodation)
1. Customer Service

  • Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to enhance the customer experience.

2. Store Operations

  • Assist in food preparation, assembly, and packaging as per company standards.

  • Ensure adherence to operational processes and service protocols during shifts.

  • Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.

3. Hygiene & Quality Compliance

  • Follow FSSAI, HACCP, and internal safety guidelines for food handling.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the counter, kitchen, and dining area.

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure freshness of ingredients.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other team members to achieve shift goals.

  • Support the Shift Manager / Store Manager in implementing operational improvements.

  • Assist in training new associates on standard processes and service quality.
