Job Description
Associate :
No interviews will be conducted on Saturday or Sunday
Experience
ï· 1-4 years of experience working on similar teams/assignments
ï· 1-4 years of experience working on similar teams/assignments
Responsibilities
ï· Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical
information from source documents within time limits
ï· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
ï· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
ï· Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents, as needed
ï· Apply data extraction techniques and procedures as defined
ï· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations, as needed and instructed
ï· Experience working in a fast paced environment, handle sensitive data and information with professional maturity and per defined process
ï· Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
ï· Comply with all data integrity, quality and security policies defined
ï· Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
ï· Prepared to undergo training to understand the procedure, processes and the toolset
ï· Work to follow US holiday calendar
ï· Work in India night-shift or 24x7 rotation shift model

ï· Experience with Web, Internet, MS Office and data programs
ï· Familiarity with administrative duties
ï· Experience using office equipment, like printers
ï· Typing speed and accuracy
ï· Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
ï· Good communication skills
ï· Attention to detail
ï· Ability and experience working in large teams and deliver on schedule
ï· Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
ï· Willingness to work in India night shift or 24x7 shift model and based on US
holiday calendar
ï· Minimum HSC, Preferred BSc, BCom, BA, Diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
