Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings to various platforms.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR and recruiting team to improve hiring practices and candidate experience.
Support the onboarding process for new hires as needed.
