Associate Recruiter Jobs in Bangalore - Tekwissen

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Recruiter to join the Iron Bow team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screens and evaluates applicants work history, education, training, skills, and compensation needs to obtain best match for position.
• Provide complete and accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
• Manage the candidate flow in our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) in accordance with company and OFCCP guidance.
• Support large, rapid staffing requirements in a deadline driven, fast paced environment.
• Provide weekly performance metrics.
• Leverage social networking and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Taleo is preferred.
• Ability to source candidates and conduct phone screenings.
• Detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Ability to interface effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Willing to work in a fast paced and fluid recruiting environment.
• Able to quickly understand position requirements.
• Knowledge of compliance related to nondiscrimination/affirmative action laws and regulations (OFCCP Compliance).
