JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience: - 1-6 years in IT recruitment --(contract/permanent)
-- Must have experience in IT recruitment(Contract & Permanent staffing)--------Good knowledge of technologies.
--Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of the resources provided.
--Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri and monster and also through network and reference.
--Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
--Responsible to coordinate with an offered candidate until joins the organization.
--Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
--Should have excellent communication skills
Job type: Work from home
Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday; 2nd and 4th sat off
The person should have her own laptop/ desktop with internet connectivity.
