Job Description
The Associate Relationship Manager - Mutual Fund is responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, offering suitable mutual fund investment solutions, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role focuses on growing assets under management (AUM), maintaining client data, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance trust and retention.

Act as the first point of contact for client queries and coordinate solutions with RMs.

Understand clients' financial goals and risk appetite to assist in recommending suitable mutual fund products.

Ensure accurate data entry and updates in CRM software.

Support RMs in identifying sales opportunities and driving mutual fund investments.

Contribute to achieving targets for AUM growth, revenue, and new client acquisition.

Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote mutual fund awareness.

Coordinate internally for smooth transaction execution and onboarding.

Share regular updates with clients on market trends, fund performance, and allocation suggestions.

Assist in portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing strategies when required.

Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEBI/AMFI regulations.

Adhere to all regulatory guidelines while recommending and processing mutual fund investments.

Maintain complete documentation of all client communications, transactions, and advisory notes.

Help resolve compliance-related queries and ensure transparent communication with clients.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field

NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) certification is mandatory

Additional certifications (e.g., CFP, AMFI) are a plus

Good understanding of mutual fund products & market dynamics

Client-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities
