Job Location : Gurugram, India
Required Skills and Experience :
- 2- 7 years of relevant experience in incentive compensation (in life sciences or medical devices).
- Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, field reporting will be added advantage
- Expertise in any of the languages: SQL, SAS, R
- Expertise in Excel and VBA
- Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.
- Self-starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure.
- Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work.
Qualification: B-Tech/BE/MBA/Postgraduate
