Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor the logistics performance of respective regions and take corrective actions
Maintain the SLAs for respective regions and follow-up with regional teams for closure.
Communicate the processes changes to the regional teams and monitor compliance
Identify process gaps and areas of improvement
Handle customer escalations/requests on priority and follow up with regional teams for closure.
Lead efficiency improvement projects
Act as a single point of contact for the regional team for any process/product issues

Qualification

Strong Affluence to Excel mandatory and SQL Database is preferred
Basic Data Analysis and understanding capability
Ability to work as an Individual Contributor with no team reporting requirements
Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Good communication skills
