Job Description
Designation: Associate Software Consultant
Qualification: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA (CSE/IS/IT) with 70% in academics throughout (10th, 12th and highest qualification)
Primary function:
- To analyze & investigate the cause of complex problems encountered by our customers and provide answers to technical product questions from customers.
Objective:
- To ensure customer satisfaction, efficiently and within the terms of the customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:
- Reproduce problems reported by customers, and ultimately respond with a solution.
- If the problem requires help from other departments, you pass on customer inquiries and follow up to ensure they are handled by them.
- Communicate solutions with a strong Customer Satisfaction mindset.
- Provide the R&D team with detailed description of problems faced by customers.
- Create reports on bugs, product gaps and incomplete documentation.
- Participate in projects to help define new and maintenance releases of products.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge base.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of Engineering
- Collaborate with developers and Product Management to design an awesome product.
- Write well tested high quality code.
- Proactively participate in peer code reviews
- Interact with the Product Management to understand the product requirements thoroughly.
- Explore new technologies / frameworks / languages that are useful to engineering teams.
- Keep Team leads update of your progress Problem solving, and coding.
- Translate high level module design to low level design and code.
Desired Profile:
- Expert level knowledge of Java.
- Should have good understanding of a programming language, data structures and algorithms to be able to write functionally correct, and maintainable code.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms.
- Trained in Java/J2EE.
- Trained in Spring, Hibernate and REST.
- Trained in working with Agile software methodologies.

- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills and confident personality.
