Job Description

Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities:-

Troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of customer application issues

Work within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.

Development of Cloud-based applications for IT Service Management

Deliver quality code via unit testing, and provide guidance for both test automation and manual testing.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or related discipline

Experience in Distributed and scalable cloud solutions

Experience building Single Page Applications using the MVC model with Responsive Design.

Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to ASP.NET MVC, C#, and MS SQL Server

Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web services.

Basic understanding of JavaScript.

Knowledge In The Following Areas Are a Plus:-

Experience in AngularJS, CSS2/CSS3 and HTML/HTML5

Experience in ITIL processes, Service management business exposure is a plus

Experience in enterprise application implantation SaaS product development/implementation experience
