Key Responsibilities

Understand Financial Institutions (FI) and their products (i.e Banks, Credit card, Investment bank, Lender etc) as used by thier consumers
- Configure these FI product features in Yodlee’s aggregation platform
- Maintain configurations when there are changes so that users on the Yodlee’s aggregation platform continue to have seamless experience in managing their finances
Apply analytics on data to identify & handle performance issues
Support product team in testing
Provide insights on the variations seen across FI products and recommend improvements to the product
Work with customer care team to resolve issues reported by customers

Education Required

Skills And Knowledge Required

Computer navigation skills
Software knowledge, preferably Windows, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
Web-Savvy with good internet research skill
General knowledge of application software and processes in delivering services
Strong research and analytical skill
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Task and target oriented
Banking/Payments financial domain knowledge
