Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Financial Institutions (FI) and their products (i.e Banks, Credit card, Investment bank, Lender etc) as used by thier consumers
- Configure these FI product features in Yodlee’s aggregation platform
- Maintain configurations when there are changes so that users on the Yodlee’s aggregation platform continue to have seamless experience in managing their finances
- Apply analytics on data to identify & handle performance issues
- Support product team in testing
- Provide insights on the variations seen across FI products and recommend improvements to the product
- Work with customer care team to resolve issues reported by customers
- BCA
- Computer navigation skills
- Software knowledge, preferably Windows, Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)
- Web-Savvy with good internet research skill
- General knowledge of application software and processes in delivering services
- Strong research and analytical skill
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Task and target oriented
- Banking/Payments financial domain knowledge
