Job Description
SSI People, a multiple awards winning Staffing firm is looking for Freshers to join our Coimbatore team. Anybody interested in pursuing a rewarding career in the US Staffing/Recruiting industry are welcome.

What you’ll do
- Manage & execute end to the end recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, negotiating and recruiting candidates for varied skills
- Use the internal database and job boards to identify and recruit qualified candidates for our US Based clients.
- Scheduling and coordinating the interviews of the candidates with the client
- Responsible for handling recruiting activities/tasks allocated by the Team Leader
Who you are
- Must have excellent interpersonal and refined communication skills (spoken and written)
- Energetic, motivated, quick learner and result oriented individual
- Should have knowledge of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and willing to work in night shifts 6 PM – 3 AM
