We have an opening for Associate Telesales (0-1 year experience required)
JD given below:
6-Days working
Hindi and English languages mandatory
Telesales/inside sales/tele-calling/cold calling/telemarketing/outbound calling experience desirable
Immediate joiners preferable
Specifications: Relevant Experience in Telesales and handling good volumes of call.
Key Job Purpose: Engaging with the existing fleet owners to increase the revenue share of existing fleet owners through multi-category offering.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Converts inquiries into sales by handling inbound/outbound calls.
2.Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling the existing / new customers and Influencing them to buy or retain product or service provided by our company.
3.Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
4.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
5.Maintains quality of the calls by following organization standards.
6.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
