Qualification required : 12th pass , Graduation dropout , BBA, BA , BAF , BMS , B.com , BED , BSC bio + chemistry (BCA + engineering+ btech + BSC mathematics & economics not eligible)
Designation: Associate - US voice process
Roles & responsibility: Receive inbound calls from north American clients and resolve their queries regarding health care & insurance.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English with a neutral or US accent. Ability to articulate clearly and confidently.
