Job Description
Maintain employee records (digital and physical)
Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding forms
Organize and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments
Handle general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and reporting
ð¥ Recruitment Support
Post job openings on job boards and social media
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Communicate with candidates and coordinate interview logistics
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
ð§¾ Employee Relations
Address employee queries about benefits, policies, and procedures
Help organize employee engagement activities or events
Support HR staff with disciplinary actions or investigations
ð¼ HR Systems and Records
Maintain HR databases and ensure all employee information is up to date
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves)
Track attendance and leave records
ð¢ Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between HR and other departments
Help disseminate HR-related announcements and updates
Support training and development programs
