Job Description
The incumbent would be responsible for new business generation.
Responsibilities:
- New customer lead generation & acquisition
- Need based sales of banking products to customers
- Cross-selling various bank products
- Achieve the expected business productivities Month On Month
- Adhere to all regulatory process and system requirements as laid down by the Bank
- Hand holding the acquired customers for initial 3 months and deepening of the relationship
- Organizing regular customer promotional and contact events at the local level for generation of leads and follow up for conversions.

- Excellent networking and acquisition skills
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills
