Assistant Manager/ HRM– E-2 Post Code : 1-005 / 02 (UR)
Essential Qualification as on 01.12.2017: 2 years full time MBA/PGDM in HR discipline or Equivalent with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/ institution.
Post qualification Experience criteria as on 01.12.2017 : Total Experience- 02 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 50000- 1,60,000
Maximum age as on 01.12.2017**: 33 years
Asst. Officer/HRM – E1 Post Code : 1-006 / 02 (UR)
Essential Qualification as on 01.12.2017: 2 years full time MBA/PGDM in HR discipline or Equivalent with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/ institution.
Age: 30 years
Scale of Pay : Rs. 40,000- 1,40,000/- +allowances + PRP (IDA)
Place of posting: Anywhere in the Projects/Offices of the Company within India or abroad.
Selection Process: Written Exam and/or Interview.
