Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Position Title: Asst. Manager - Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in Alliance management. 4-6 years of overall experience.
Reports to: Manager - Strategic Alliances
Travel: Up-to 50% of the time.
Employment Status: Permanent
Salary: Commensurate with skills
Job Description:
- Manage existing alliances and identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships to grow customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility.
- Establish, manage and foster strong executive relationships between Greytip and its Strategic Alliances.
- Work closely with partners to identify and drive GTM strategies.
- Drive online and on-field campaigns with partner resources to meet business objectives from/with the alliance partners
- Help partners onboard their resources on Greytip’s product and services.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to drive partner initiatives.
- Periodic performance reporting - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Alliance management. 4-6 years of overall experience.
- Previous experience with SaaS companies is a plus.
- Executive presence, complemented by excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with partner team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented.
- Savvy at navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong exposure to business planning with partners, gaining senior sponsorship, onboarding partners via training & coaching
- Willingness to travel. Up to 50% of the time.
