Appointed employees shall be required to clear NISM mutual fund distributor examination VA (Fees will be reimbursed If exam is passed).
The candidate shall be expected to mobilise business for:
FD (Fixed deposit)
Mutual Funds
Insurance (Health insurance & vehicle insurance)
Bonds & debentures
Personal loan
Vehicle loan
Education loan
Working capital
Credit cards
The candidate can choose to sell any of the mentioned products. There shall be no compulsion on selling a particular product, however, the incentives shall differ as per the product category.
