The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior projects to ensure timely completion, high quality, and client satisfaction. The role involves site supervision, team coordination, materials follow-up, and daily project progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination-
Assist in end-to-end management of interior execution at client sites.

Prepare project schedules and track progress against timelines.

Coordinate with factory, design, and procurement teams for material readiness and delivery.

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality workmanship.

Oversee installation of cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, and modular systems as per drawings.

Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other on-site vendors.

Share project updates with clients and resolve site-level concerns.

Conduct site meetings and ensure client expectations are met throughout the project.

Review drawings/BOQs and ensure execution strictly follows specifications.

Maintain site documentation, checklists, measurements, and daily progress reports.

Perform quality checks during each stage of installation.

Support the Project Manager in coordination, reporting, and issue resolution.

Escalate any delays, quality concerns, or design-related issues promptly.
