Hiring Asterisk Support Engineer with deployment experience.
Our client is a Singapore based System Integrators and having service teams spread across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and India.
We are looking for a candidate with good knowledge in Asterisk (open source) VoIP technology.
1. Primary job responsibilities;
a. Manage, maintain, install and configure Asterisk (VoIP)
b. Creating SIP accounts and tightening the security of Asterisk Server
c. Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines with Digium / Sangoma Cards
d. Call Conference flow and Complex IVR systems
e. Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis
in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
f. To install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot MS Windows Clients
g. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any
other authorised peripheral equipment
h. Hardware and Network troubleshooting
i. LAN Networking (Client side), Client side Mail system (MS Outlook), MS Office and
other Industry standard applications
j. Antivirus deployment and administration
k. Networking products like Routers / APs / Switches / Firewall
l. Mentoring start-ups & individuals and carrying out trainings on VoIP platforms
The position is based at Mumbai, walking distance from Marol Naka Metro Station, Andheri Kurla Road, Andheri (East).
