Job Summary

• To ensure passenger comfort, the ground crew is responsible for all cabin services.
• Passenger service agents are hired by airlines to attend to customers before, after of between flights.

Responsibilities and Duties

Job responsibilities-

• Customer Service
• Reservation/Ticketing/Security checks/Baggage handling.
• Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.
• Greeting & welcoming passengers on board.
• Food & beverage service.
• Responsible for safety and comfort of passengers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: 12th pass and above.
• Age limit: 18 to 30 years.
• Language Known: Hindi, Bengali, English.
• Good communication and pleasing personality with strong personal skills.
• Carry: 1 copy CV, 2 copy Passport size photo and the dress have to be completely formal.
• Working Experience: Freshers can apply.
• Male and female both can apply.
