Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Collect data from ops and relevant teams and highlight cases of exceptions/discrepancies
2. Coordinate with relevant teams over the justification for the discrepancy; follow up for discrepancy resolution
3. Prepare, consolidate, and send scheduled periodic reports (c3R) to customers as per SLA in a timely and accurate manner
4. Forward unresolved differences to the recon team for further investigation and closure
5. Provide proper response to customer queries over reports
