JOB DESCRIPTION
· Preparation/ Evaluation Of Daily Report & MIS Reports.
· Vendor (Debtor & Creditor) And Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable / Receivable.
· Handle Finalization Of Accounts Statements For Monthly, Quarterly, And Yearly Accounts And Ensure Alignment To The Statutory Accounting Norms ; Highlight The Status Of P&L Accounts
· Prepare And Consolidate Financial Statements For The Organizations.
· Research And Correct Account Discrepancies.
· Verifying The Accuracy Of Invoices And Other Accounting Documents Or Records.
· Ensuring That Finance Has Effective Mechanisms For Identifying, Reporting And Managing Risk And Controls, With A Focus On Resolution.
· Utilizes Computerized Accounting Software Programs Proficiently (Xl, Excel Etc.) To Perform Duties And Responsibilities.
Skills Expected
· Good Communication Skills, With The Ability To Clearly And Succinctly Articulate Issues To Senior Management. Proficient In Data Management.
· Aptitude To Handle & Understand Any Level Financial Queries. Able To Work Under Pressure, Experience Of Working With Tight Deadlines.
