Furniture Designing Company Profile 

Company is into manufacturing, supplying and exporting of Modular Furniture and Construction related accessories. They are looking for a Furniture Designer. 

The responsibilities are:- 

-Understanding of Site lay-out/map.

- Proposing our products as per the interior design of the project. 

- The position holder should have an eye for design, color, lighting, soft furnishing, practical knowledge of design implementation (site exposure), an interest in changing trends in design.

- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs. 

- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.

- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant. 

- Good with Auto cad, STAAD pro & Sketch

Roles and Responsibilities

Job Accountabilities:

· Make detailed Furniture Production drawings

· Create furniture and interior layouts.

· Preparing presentations.

· Selection of furniture, accessories and finishes with clients consent.

· Site visit/ monitoring the progress at the ongoing project site.

· Responsible to convey furniture order details to the production unit.

· Coordinate with the Production Team on all Production Drawings and Quality Control Matters

· Visit Project sites for measurements along with the Designer

· Support the Designer in vendor related work

· Support Designer in final set-up of furniture, accessories, carpets, wall lights etc. at the site.

· Should be able to prepare reasonable quality of reports for submission to the management

· Furniture technical understanding about various finishes and woods, Drawings & dimensions

· Knowledge of Quality inspection and must know quality parameters related to good quality furniture.

Job Requirements:

· Graduate

· 2-4 years of experience

· Knowledge of Auto cad, 3d Max,Photoshop, STAAD pro & Sketch

· Must have furniture layout skills
