Job Description
Position Overview:
We are urgently hiring an AutoCAD Mechanical Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical drawing, drafting, and detailing using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills in English and Hindi and should be confident in understanding technical requirements and presenting designs clearly.
This is a full-time, office-based role requiring strong mechanical drawing skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D mechanical drawings and layouts in AutoCAD based on technical specifications, sketches, or verbal instructions.

Interpret and revise engineering drawings and BOMs as required.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings.

Maintain records and version control of all drawings and revisions.

Review project specifications and provide drawing support during fabrication or installation stages.

Assist senior engineers or project leads in developing prototypes and assembly plans.
Requirements:

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mechanical drawing using AutoCAD

Software Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (knowledge of 3D or SolidWorks is a plus)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand and explain technical drawings and dimensions
