Automation Selenium Tester with Java

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand Test Requirements, Collect Test Data for Data-Driven Testing, Create Test Automation Resources (Function Libraries) and analyze the Application under Test(AUT).

• Handle duplicate objects and dynamic objects using index property and Regular expressions.

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures and create test cases (Test Scripts) using Selenium Webdriver, Java, and TestNG Annotations.

• Enhance test cases using Java Programming.

• Execute/Run, Debug, analyze Test Cases and fix errors

• Parameterize, Synchronize and define Test results.

• Report & track defects and tests using any Defect Management Tool.

•  Modify Tests and perform Re & Regression Testing.

Requirements

• Must have  0-2 yrs Exp in Selenium Automation Testing with Java

• Any degree -at least bachelor degree in Computer Science/relevant field

• Hands-on experience in Selenium (IDE, RC, Web driver & Grid), Junit, TestNG, Java Framework,JS,Node.js, XML, DB, Mobile Testing, J2EE, SOAPUI, QTP

• Must have solid programming skills in Java/Core Java, Unix/Linux.

• Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Unit Testing, Web services (using SOAP UI), and Mobile Testing (Android and iOS).

• Automation Testing using automation testing tools i.e. QTP, Selenium (IDE, RC, Web driver & Grid).

• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans, and test design documents for back and front end testing

• Experience using data-driven tests to validate API calls in J2EE architectures both manually and using automation tools.

• Excellent knowledge of QA methods and practices in an agile environment

• Knowledge of the Robot framework is a plus!
