Job Description
VACANCY FOR GRADUATE ENGINEERING FRESHERS IN AUTOMOBILE/CORE PROFILE.
QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2024-25 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (MECHANICAL, AUTOMOBILE, ELECTRICAL & EEE BRANCH PREFERRED.)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Design and Development:
-
Design, develop, and improve vehicle components, systems, and complete vehicle architecture.

Collaborate with design teams to create technical drawings, CAD models, and engineering specifications.
-
Conduct simulations and modeling to test performance, aerodynamics, safety, and durability.
-
Evaluate new technologies and materials to enhance vehicle design and reduce manufacturing costs.
2. Prototyping and Testing:
-
Oversee or assist in the creation of prototypes for new vehicle models or components.

Conduct and analyze testing on engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and other systems.

Identify design issues and propose modifications to improve performance, fuel efficiency, and safety.

Work closely with testing teams to monitor real-world vehicle performance.
3. Manufacturing Support:
-
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective for production.

Assist in developing assembly processes, tools, and methods that improve production efficiency.

Provide technical support during the production phase to resolve design or process-related issues.
4. Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
-
Ensure all designs meet applicable government safety standards and environmental regulations.

Participate in crash test analysis, emissions control testing, and compliance documentation.

Recommend design changes to ensure vehicles meet safety, noise, and emissions regulations.
5. Quality Control and Troubleshooting:

Analyze product failures and customer feedback to improve future vehicle models.

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and propose corrective actions.

Maintain quality documentation and participate in audits or inspections when required.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, purchasing, production, and marketing.

Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines, costs, and material selections.
-
Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding component specifications and delivery schedules.
