Job Summary:
The Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling passenger cars to individual customers by handling walk-ins at the showroom and generating leads through field visits. The role requires a blend of customer interaction, technical product knowledge, persuasive sales skills, and a passion for automobiles.
Sales Executives are expected to provide a superior car-buying experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting suitable options, offering test drives, handling paperwork, and assisting with financing and insurance processes. The job also involves lead generation, follow-ups, and field visits to meet potential customers outside the showroom.
Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (higher education preferred).

Experience: 0–6 years in car sales or similar customer-facing roles.

Languages: Fluency in regional and local languages is a plus.

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler preferred for field visits (reimbursed as per policy).
