Job Description

Salary - 3.0 Lakh to 8 Lakh + Incentive
Location - Multiple in Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling (Showroom Duties):

Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

Explain car features, variants, prices, and offers in detail.

Provide comparisons between different models or competing brands.
-
Coordinate and schedule test drives.
-
Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and value-added services.
-
Maintain an updated display of cars and showroom presentation.
2. Field Sales & Lead Generation:
-
Visit prospective customers in residential or commercial areas.
-
Identify and contact potential buyers through cold calling, local campaigns, and field visits.
-
Participate in roadshows, mall activations, and local events to promote vehicles.

Distribute brochures, collect lead information, and follow up on inquiries.

Organize corporate tie-ups and fleet sales opportunities if applicable.
3. Sales Process Execution:

Assist customers with financing, EMI options, and documentation.

Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to provide end-to-end support.

Prepare and present quotations and proforma invoices.
-
Handle negotiation and closure of the sale effectively.
-
Collect booking amount and necessary KYC documents.
-
Ensure timely delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Follow up regularly with potential buyers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails.

Build a long-term relationship with customers for referrals and repeat business.
-
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service department as needed.

Ensure customer satisfaction from booking to delivery.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain daily records of leads, calls made, and visits in CRM or Excel sheets.

Update booking and delivery status.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the manager.

Attend regular sales meetings and product training sessions.
Required Skills and Attributes:

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and/or local language.

Presentation: Confidently present products and offers to customers.

Negotiation: Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to close deals.

Automobile Knowledge: Basic understanding of car features, specifications, and market trends.

Sales Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

Organization: Good time management, documentation, and follow-up habits.

Driving License: Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (mandatory in most field roles).
