The Automobile Service Reminder Telecaller plays a key role in customer engagement and service retention. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication & Follow-Up

2. Appointment Scheduling

4. Record Maintenance & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, scheduled appointments, and service history.

Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on calls made, appointments scheduled, and services promoted.
5. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address basic inquiries regarding service procedures, costs, and estimated completion times.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or automotive sales/service is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle maintenance is preferred.
