Job Description
- Hands-on experience on administration of Avaya Telephony Platform (S8300, S8500, S8700 &8800 Servers and Media Gateways G650, G450, G350, SCC1, MCC1, AES etc)
- Administration of Avaya Aura Communication Manager, AES, System Manager and SessionManager
- Administration of Avaya Aura System Manager, IP telephony, H.323, SIP.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Avaya Red servers and gateways.
- Taking care of day to day operations, checking system logs, Daily checklists.
- Incident/change management skills.
- Administration of equipment on Avaya RED platform for IP/Telephony
- Experience in troubleshooting issues with VoIP
- A high level of understanding of common L1-L2 Networking protocols and third party CTIintegrations
- Experience in IT Service tools such as remedy.
