Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage, enter, and assess data related to requests for quotes (RFQs), ensuring that the company provides accurate and timely responses to its customers
2. Analyze customer needs and RFQs, devise proposals, quote prices, and negotiate pricing within the company's pricing criteria
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy and completeness of analysis
4. Conduct market research to obtain accurate pricing information
5. Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
6. Review the data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies
7. Safeguard confidential details with the utmost integrity
Skills & requirements:
1. Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business or a related field
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
4. Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
5. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
6. The candidate must be willing to work UK/USA shift timings (essential and mandatory)
7. High degree of initiative and self-motivation, with an ability to work independently and in a team
9. Extensive knowledge of big data analytics, business analysis, business research, data analytics, financial literacy, estimation, market research, sales, and sales and marketing
