Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pilots with pre-flight and post-flight ground operations
Coordinate aircraft parking, pushback, towing, and marshalling activities
Ensure proper loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and catering
Perform aircraft ground safety checks and report discrepancies
Liaise with Air Traffic Control (ATC), maintenance teams, and cabin crew
Monitor flight schedules and ensure on-time departures and arrivals
Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and airport procedures
Handle documentation related to flight operations and ground handling
Support emergency procedures and irregular operations when required
