Responsibilities :
- To support the Retail Operations team
- Manage interaction of Customer Calls/Chats and Emails
- To improve the customer service experience i.e. manage inbound calls (resolve query in 1st call etc), Implement IVRs, etc.
- To manage chats content and resolve, introduce chatbot etc.
- The role incumbent may look at cards operations in future (few months down the line)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- People Management/team management skills (India and Overseas)
- BFSI experience (understanding of risk and compliance, AML)
- Understanding of telephony platforms similar to contact centres
- Apart from managing BAU, should have looked at customer centre transformation and improve customer service
