Job Description
Responsibilities:• Strategize & implement business plans.
• Exploring potential business avenues and managing operations & customer satisfaction for achieving the business targets.
• Develop processes to streamline operations and increase both revenues, and cross-functional strategies in order to achieve operational objectives of the organization.
• Act as a key advisor on resource enhancement and operational policy, providing guidance, education, and training.

• Utilize metrics to assess and drive employee performance, ensuring objectives aremet.
• Own, develop & continuously improve product features and performance.
• Do stakeholder management with respect to expectations, timelines and escalations.
• Excellent analytical, communication & people management skills are required.
• Responsible for managing projects from the envisioning, definition of business requirements and processes through to systems development, testing and implementation.
• Manage timelines and perform an independent assessment of project deliverables.
• Need to handle process automation for the organization.
