Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
Identifying patients care requirements, focus on their needs and act on them
Resolving or reporting on patients needs or problems
Monitor and record patients condition and document the care services Follow care regulations and standards
Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team
Required Experience and Qualifications
1) Proven nursing experience
2) Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
3) Good communication skills
4) Handle the patients with compassion and care
5) Should be ready to work in shifts
6) Teamwork
7) Should have inclination for working at Ayurvedic Hospital
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualifications:
1. Minimum general educational qualification of the SSLC Standard; and
2. Certificate of Ayurveda Nurses course recognized by the Government of Kerala.
3. BS or diploma in nursing (Ayurveda)
4. Should have Diploma ANM (Ayurveda) Certificate GNM (Ayurveda) Certificate Nursing certificate
