B2B - Engineer-HO-Planning Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Gurgaon

1. Service Delivery & Provisioning

• Deploy, configure, and commission complex B2B enterprise networking solutions including SD-WAN, MPLS, Carrier Ethernet, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and cloud connectivity profiles.
• 
  
• Conduct rigorous pre-delivery testing and service validation (RFC 2544 / Y.1564 testing protocols) to ensure flawless customer onboarding.
• 
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional provisioning teams, project managers, and enterprise client technical staff during transition-to-service phases.

2. Service Assurance & Tier 2/3 Operations

• Own high-level troubleshooting and end-to-end incident management for severe or persistent corporate network outages.
• 
  
• Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following major incidents, implementing permanent workarounds or technical modifications to prevent recurrence.
• 
  
• Manage vendor escalations and liaise with major telecommunication carriers and equipment manufacturers to resolve complex architectural bugs or circuit faults.

3. Monitoring, Capacity & Lifecycle Management

• Proactively monitor network telemetry, utilization trends, and packet health using enterprise tooling (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, Cisco DNA Center).

• Enforce rigid change control procedures during high-impact network migrations, patches, and security standard alterations.

• Maintain meticulous network documentation, including network topologies, high-level/low-level designs (HLD/LLD), configuration inventories, and runbooks
