Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients on e-commerce platforms. Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.

E-commerce Optimization: Manage and enhance our presence on key e-commerce platforms. Monitor and improve product listings for maximum visibility and sales.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for effective communication.

Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate terms and finalize contracts with B2B clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirement

Skills:

A drive to succeed

A willingness to use the telephone to make sales, and contact customers

Excellent organisational and time management skills

The ability to generate new leads, and close the deal

High levels of customer service experience which will ensuring repeat business from our customer base
