The Marketing Leader will be the bridge between Ecesis Care management and customers. This role is key to the inside-out, and the outside-in flow of knowledge, field marketing assets and initiatives. This role supports both go-to-market initiatives and innovation. The Leader, reporting to the CEO will help Ecesis Care effectively demonstrate and market its solutions in 1-1 selling opportunities, to gain more wins in less time, and to better understand the markets, competition, and customers for success.

As part of a dynamic team in the Commercialization Function (marketing, sales, product), this KPI driven marketer will work with senior leadership to develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities:

·          Making appointments with PM/EMR representatives of healthcare providers and effectively represent Ecesis Care services.

·         Achieve sales growth goals and objectives.

·         Attending medical conferences and events to advance sales and brand goals.

·         Keeping records of sales and customer.

·         Reporting information back to head office about customer needs

·         Responsible for market assessments, competitor profiling, and analysis of solutions/messaging/tools.

·         Working with key customers to define unmet needs and issues for both effective programs and to support innovation (front end exploratory of needs/issues/valuations, concepts testing).

.    Developing and building partner field sales relationships to maximize opportunities 

Requirements:

·         MBA/B.Tech degree from a reputed institute.

·         3-5 years successful healthcare channel business development or channel sales experience.

·         Experienced leader with proven skills in executing business plans, campaigns, and territory management.

·         Experience working with internal marketing and sales to build strategies for growth.

·         Demonstrated experience in achieving quota. 

·         Excellent people and performance management skills 

·         Excellent time management, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail 

·         Superior business development, marketing, and management skills with successful channel performance.

·         Healthcare technology industry experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Marketing Commission.
