Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to generate and close new business opportunities by promoting our products and services to corporate and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure.
This role is focused on building long-term business relationships and helping clients meet their goals through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and attending industry events.

Build a solid pipeline of prospects across various industries and business sizes.

Research client backgrounds to tailor sales approaches effectively.
2. Client Meetings & Presentations:

Schedule and conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) with potential clients.

Understand client requirements and pain points, and present appropriate product/service solutions.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
3. Sales Negotiation & Closing:

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms.

Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.

Close sales deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Account Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing business clients to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.

Upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.

Act as a key point of contact for client queries or service escalations.
5. Reporting & CRM:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, activities, conversions, and pipeline status.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
