Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Intern will support the sales and business development team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, managing CRM systems, and executing outreach campaigns. You will assist in identifying new business opportunities, researching target industries, and engaging with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential business leads in target industries.

Build a list of prospective clients using LinkedIn, company databases, CRM tools, and other market intelligence platforms.

Assist in qualifying leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
2. Client Outreach & Communication

Help draft and send personalized emails to potential clients under the guidance of the sales team.

Schedule and coordinate introductory calls and meetings for senior sales representatives.

Follow up with leads to nurture ongoing interest and facilitate the sales process.
3. CRM Management

Input, update, and maintain data in the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Ensure lead information is accurate, organized, and consistently updated.

Generate reports and analytics from the CRM to support sales decisions.
4. Sales Strategy & Support

Work with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with broader company goals.

Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.

Gather feedback from client interactions and share insights with the sales and product teams.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Perform industry research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of competitors and report findings to the sales team.

Identify potential gaps or opportunities in the market that align with company services.
6. Administrative & Reporting Tasks

Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and client interactions.

Help organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Support the sales team in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties as required.
Skills & Competencies:
