B2B - Wireless-Assurance-Field Engineer Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Bangalore

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled RF Engineer with a strong background in RF installation and hardware knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BTS (Base Transceiver Station) work and a solid understanding of WAN IP, LAN IP, and RF installation processes.

Experience in field operation & maintenance is must

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of the RF equipment’s, switches and Routers

Perform BTS related tasks, ensuring optimal performance of the link.

Manage and troubleshoot WAN IP and LAN IP configurations.

Site survey/feasibility for P2MP & P2P Links and reports submission

Troubleshooting of all networks related issues and equipment's.

Maintenance of network and customer faults within agreed SLA

Attending other proactive activity like KPI Corrections, Dismantling, device Installations etc.

Maintain Spares for hardware replacement

Preventive Maintenance of Circuit’s in the cycle of 6 months Corrective Maintenance on the repeated faults

Collaborate with the cross functional team (NOC, TOCO, Microwave, OEM, etc.) to ensure seamless RF operations

Updating ticket status with ETA and ETR in tool.

Provide inputs for updating the Mapa (Database) with accurate site information.

Maintaining the relationship with his ckt base customer.
