Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented B2C Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with individual customers (consumers) to understand their needs and convert them into paying clients. You must possess excellent communication skills, be target-driven, and have a passion for helping customers make informed buying decisions.
This is a field or tele-sales role, depending on the company setup. It requires direct interaction with end-users to pitch products or services, build trust, and close sales. Ideal for professionals who are self-motivated, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Conversion:

Contact potential customers through inbound leads, outbound calls, walk-ins, or digital campaigns.

Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points.

Present and explain products or services in a convincing and relatable manner.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Convert prospects into paying customers.
2. Lead Management:

Follow up on assigned leads in a timely manner to maximize conversions.

Maintain a high conversion rate by nurturing leads through calls, messages, or meetings.

Update CRM systems or lead trackers with accurate information about each prospect.
3. Product Knowledge & Presentation:

Acquire deep knowledge of the company’s offerings – features, pricing, and benefits.

Conduct product demos, both online and in-person (as applicable).

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4. Sales Targets & Performance:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Work under pressure to close deals and achieve incentives.

Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share insights with the team leader or manager.

Record customer feedback and share market intelligence with the product or marketing teams.

Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and agreements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduation.

Experience:
-
0 to 1 years in direct sales, tele-sales, retail, or consumer services.

Freshers with strong communication and a flair for sales are welcome.

Language Skills: Proficiency in local language; English and Hindi preferred.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM or sales apps.

Knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is a plus.
